RETURN TERMS AND CONDITIONS
RETURNS FOR ORDERS WITHIN GREECE
Our goal is to guarantee the absolute satisfaction of your requirements.
Where, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right to return the products you have purchased within fourteen (14) working days from the date of issue of the invoice.
The return cost for orders is the responsibility of the store.
Returns of products are made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt at the shop by the Courier. The first change shipment is free.
How do I return a product?
Products must be returned through our shipping service SpeedEx.
INDI assumes no responsibility for returned products until they are signed by the courier.
Please ensure that the products are returned in new and unworn condition, with the original packaging and all labels. We are not able to accept used products and in this case the products will be returned to the customer.

Upon receipt we will process your return within seven (7) working days.
Please note:
The returned package is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we suggest, for security reasons, to send the package with courier company from which you received. Please keep the company receipt, with tracking number, if provided.
Please provide us with the order code in each communication and include the original receipt / invoice along with the returned package.
Failure to attach or complete the return form we provide will result in a delayed change / return.
If more than one product is returned from the same order, then all must be shipped at the same time.
Return of underwear can not be accepted for reasons of hygiene.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY RETURN / CHANGE?
Our goal is to process each return within 1-2 working days from the day of receipt of the return. Please understand that in periods of high traffic there is a case of short delay. All successfully returned products will be credited to the invoice used for the original order, except for any costs.

DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
All complaints are handled in good faith. The products are characterized as defective if upon receipt they have been damaged or if a manufacturing error occurs, within one month from the date of purchase. We would like you to know that products that are damaged due to use and wear are not considered defective. All products with obvious manufacturing defects will be replaced or reimbursed immediately.
However, INDI reserves the right, in the event of a controversial complaint, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to determine whether the complaint is genuine.INDI will inform you of the progress of your complaint. If you want to change a defective product, you should keep in mind that
INDI may replace it with the same product of the same size depending on availability or any other product. Where possible, INDI will repair the defective product.
BAZAAR PERIODS
Bazaar, Sales, Black Friday products are not returned except in the case of defective products. Bazaar Sales, Black Friday are considered products that belong to the outlet category and during the Bazaar Sales, Black Friday period they have an increased discount.
RETURNS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Our goal is to guarantee the absolute satisfaction of your requirements.
Where, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order you can exercise your right to return the products you have purchased within eight (8) working days from the date of issue of the invoice.
Unfortunately the return cost for international orders is your responsibility.
HOW DO I RETURN A PRODUCT?
You must make the return within eight (8) days. Please send the products through traceable services for your own safety.INDI assumes no responsibility for returned products until they are signed by the courier.
Please ensure that the products are returned in new and unworn condition, with the original packaging and all labels. We are not able to accept used products and in this case the products will be returned to the customer.

or via email at info@indi-man.gr following the instructions we will give you. Fill in the return form that we sent you together with the invoice and securely enclose it in the return package.
Upon receipt we will process your return within seven (7) working days.
Please note:
The returned package is your responsibility until it reaches us, so we suggest, for security reasons, to send the package as registered that ensures the value of the products. Please keep the post office or company receipt with a tracking number, if provided.
Please provide us with the order code in each communication and include the original invoice along with the returned package.
